Job Description:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team in promoting and selling gas genset/diesel generator sets to clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Managing and leading a team of sales professionals, including setting targets, providing coaching and training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  4. Conducting market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging market trends.
  5. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's customer base and market share.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience in sales within the diesel genset industry or a closely related field.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Technical knowledge of diesel generator sets and power generation systems.

Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Willingness to travel frequently.

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
