Job Description:

Munters is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Pune. This role involves driving business growth in Maharashtra & Goa by identifying untapped markets and developing new opportunities for Munters Dehumidification & other solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting application engineers with technical selection, finalizing technical submittals, and preparing customized proposals for various composite applications.
  • BUILDING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS through understanding customer requirements, rapidly demonstrating how Munters solutions can be utilized to provide solutions with costing, timing, and resources included.
  • HANDLING BUSINESS OPERATIONS in areas of sales, marketing, and services support with a focus on overall profitability of operations.
  • ANALYZING MARKET TRENDS AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITY to fine-tune the selling strategy.
  • DEVELOPING AND VERIFYING SYSTEMS DESIGN FOR INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS.
  • SUPPORTING PROBLEM-RESOLVING EFFORTS during air condition development and making modifications as needed to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in Air conditioning, Dehumidification Systems, Desiccant Wheel-based units, Climate Control systems, Air treatment concepts & HVAC applications.
  • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • MANAGING SALES TEAMS AND MARKETING INITIATIVES
  • Academic background: B.Tech in Mechanical or B.E Mechanical
  • Languages known: Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi, Konkani
