
Strategic Client Partnerships Executive

This senior leadership position involves leading client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and driving business growth through strategic planning, communication and relationship-building.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate annual operating plans (AOPs) based on client briefs, adapting to changes in client needs or digital platform policies.
Lead the client pitching process by generating innovative concepts in collaboration with internal teams.
Provide strategic inputs to competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new business avenues.
Conduct quality analysis and innovation: Analyze business-as-usual (BAU) operations to identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation.
Create compelling case studies and success stories that highlight the achievements and impact of the work, enabling awards and partnerships.
Brand Positioning and Differentiation:
Define brand positioning strategies that distinguish clients from competitors and resonate with target audiences.
Review and vet client briefs, ensuring alignment with execution plans and strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring client renewals and upsells.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand strategic growth plans and identify upsell opportunities.
Establish clear benchmarks and review timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
Follow up on overdue payments, acting as a point of contact for high-priority escalations.
Take final accountability for client pitches and creating annual execution plans & strategies.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Evaluate marketing success through social media reports, identifying improvement areas and demonstrating value to stakeholders.
Resource Planning and Contract Management:
Update resource planning quarterly and ensure timely contract renewals, addressing obstacles proactively.
Ensure campaigns adhere to legal boundaries, educating team members on legal considerations.
Financial Management:
Maintain monthly client profit-and-loss statements, ensuring billing targets are met.
Team Management and Development:
Conduct monthly team meetings, provide feedback, and mentor teams for proactive problem-solving.
Structure training programs with the learning and development team to improve work quality and specific competencies.
Team Growth:
Hire capable independent resources that can understand, communicate and execute client briefs accurately.
