
Strategic Partnerships Associate

This is a high-ownership, execution-first position designed for smart, fast-moving graduates from top-tier colleges who want to work directly with founders on growth, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
You will drive revenue growth, support partnerships, manage GTM workflows, and enable cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will be deeply involved in partnership structuring, outreach, client success initiatives, and operational enablement—with an expectation of hands-on ownership and fast execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth & GTM Execution:
- Consistently update and track sales pipeline progress
- Manage pipeline impact and ensure consistent updates
- Partnership & Strategic Projects:
- Initiate new collaborations, prepare proposals, and close follow-ups
- Prepare partner decks, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives
- Business Analytics & Reporting:
- Update dashboards and maintain clean reports
- Analyze market/competition data to inform GTM strategy
- Operational Support for Growth:
- Provide real-time visibility on live growth projects through structured updates
- Expose employees to events/projects such as roadshows, conferences, and client showcases
- Documentation & Communication:
- Deliver crisp updates, decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain central documentation for GTM workflows, sales enablement, and proposals
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, BITS, IIMs, SRCC, St. Stephens, Ashoka, ISBF, etc.)
- 0–1 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships is a plus)
- Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools
- A hustle-first mindset: comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and business development
- Strong communication skills—able to structure decks, proposals, and crisp updates
- Attention to detail with ownership of timelines and deliverables
- Curious and resourceful—able to figure things out in new/ambiguous contexts
- Driven to learn about enterprise sales, growth, and strategic partnerships
