Strategic Partnership Developer

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development group, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring new Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) clients under the Mid-Market Group (MMG) segment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new PSU relationships
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other banking products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions for PSU clients in line with their business and financial needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through acquisition and cross-selling strategies.
  • Evaluate credit quality, compliance, and risk management in all dealings.
  • Foster strong internal collaboration with credit, product, and operations teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of the PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
  • Preferrably MBA/CA/Graduate with relevant banking experience.
