As an experienced Senior Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key enterprise clients.
In this senior position, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful adoption of our solutions and long-term business value.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients to drive growth and satisfaction.
- Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Represent the client internally by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client needs.
- Utilize data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
- Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
- 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
