Job Title

A Strategic Compliance Lead will combine global strategic leadership with local hands-on project delivery, overseeing the implementation of Collective Action initiatives focused on sanctions compliance.

This role includes full project ownership—from designing partnerships and training content to overseeing implementation in-country. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, along with expertise in trade compliance, anti-corruption, and ESG governance within maritime sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support stakeholders worldwide in navigating anti-corruption regulations.
  • Oversee and further develop compliance tools and resources, based on industry needs and regulatory trends.
  • Lead training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, including in-person and online modules.
  • Support due diligence initiatives and liaise with external providers.
Project Management:
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement with SMEs, trade associations, training partners, and compliance specialists.
  • Coordinate development of customized training materials.
  • Manage the implementation of workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms targeting SMEs.
  • Operationalize an Associate Membership model for Germany, including onboarding and ongoing SME engagement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk, and fluency in English.
