Job Title: Lead - Partnerships & Growth Initiatives

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to spearhead our partnerships and growth initiatives. As Lead - Partnerships & Growth Initiatives, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

  • Develop and execute B2B partnership strategies aligned with growth objectives, including identifying, pitching, and closing high-impact deals with potential partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners, leading negotiations, deal structuring, and coordinating legal aspects of partnerships.
  • Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to activate collaborations, monitor performance, KPIs, and revenue contribution of partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
  • A proven track record in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A high ownership mindset with focus on execution and results.
  • A strategic thinker with tactical execution ability.
