We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of an Executive - Client Partnership Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day interactions and queries.
- Understand client objectives and facilitate seamless communication.
- Maintain positive client relationships through effective support.
Strategy Development & Content Creation:
- Assist in crafting communication materials such as briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers.
- Gather insights, case studies, and industry news to inform client deliverables.
- Contribute to thought-leadership and reputation management initiatives under guidance.
Execution & Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Track progress, timelines, and processes to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide operational support to the Unit Lead/Manager for client projects.
Research & Insights:
- Conduct basic research, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking.
- Monitor industry and digital trends to identify potential communication opportunities.
Business Growth:
- Identify small opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Support the team in preparing pitches and proposals.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in preparing performance reports with clear insights and learnings.
- E nsure reports are accurate, structured, and aligned with client expectations.
