This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist in the B2B Domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in event sales, expo space selling, conference sales, and sponsorship sales.
- Responsible for business partnerships & sponsorships, expo space sales, conference sales
- Driving revenue growth & meeting sales targets
- Identifying potential clients through strategic relationships, targeted outreach, and comprehensive market research
- Creating compelling proposals as per clients' needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization
- Responsible for sales, invoice generation, follow-ups, and timely payment recovery
- Handling key accounts and being a single point of contact between the client and the production team
- Proven track record of sales achievements
- Excellent in business communication, proficient in Google Workspace, Google Sheets, & PPT presentations
- Working with internal teams and external vendors to execute events seamlessly
- Conducting post-event evaluations to improve future events
- Proficiency in using CRM software, event planning tools, and other relevant technologies
- Proactive approach in market intelligence and competitor tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Digital media savvy
- Multitasking ability & crisis management skillset
- Team Player, able to work independently and remotely
