Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to oversee the delivery of IT and consulting projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring value delivery and long-term partnership growth.
  • They will build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understanding client business goals and aligning solutions drives measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client business goals and align solutions to drive measurable value.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects/programs for assigned clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and consultants to resolve issues.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalate when needed.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling IT services or solutions.
  • Support proposal creation, RFP responses, and contract renewals.
  • Work with sales/pre-sales teams to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Manage client stakeholders at CXO and operational levels.
  • Coordinate internal teams (delivery, support, sales, finance) for seamless execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams.
  • Conduct regular status reviews and governance meetings with clients.
  • Track KPIs, SLAs, and engagement health metrics.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
