Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Director to lead client relationships and execution across creative and marketing projects. This role demands a strong communicator with advertising agency experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to align strategic brand objectives with compelling creative work. Based in Bangalore, the candidate will also support business development across South India.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously, with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. They should also have a strong understanding of digital and offline marketing workflows, as well as experience managing creative/content workflows and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute effective client strategies that meet their business goals and objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
  4. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • 8–12 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful client campaigns and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing workflows, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing creative/content workflows and internal coordination.
  • Familiarity with the Bangalore market and regional sensibilities is a plus.
  • Ability to lead client discussions with confidence and strategic insight.
