Job Title: Strategic Partnerships ManagerWe are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.This role requires a strong understanding of the partner ecosystem, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, as well as a detail-oriented data-driven mindset.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update lists of active certifications for partners.
  • Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements.
  • Manage and triage help desk requests with clients.
  • Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting on Partner Center metrics such as Azure consumption, certifications, customer adds, CPOR/PAL attach, and other KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights to the partnership team to drive decision-making.
  • Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities eligible for PAL (Partner Admin Link) or POR (Partner of Record) attribution.
  • Ensure attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting.
  • Support preparation and execution of QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and EBCs (Executive Briefings).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem.
  • Experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
