Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B media sales, brand solutions, or marketing partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute an aggressive B2B sales strategy to bring in high-value clients, focusing on sponsored content, digital ad placements, and event sponsorships.
- Sales Leadership: Lead by example, closing high-value deals with C-suite executives, and expanding the sales team based on performance achievements.
- Business Development: Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, creating customized marketing solutions that integrate branded content, events, and digital media.
- Brand Solutions: Develop tailored marketing campaigns that showcase our value proposition, working closely with editorial, marketing, and design teams to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Team Expansion: Recruit and mentor high-performing sales professionals, building a high-performance sales culture that thrives on results, creativity, and innovation.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B media sales, brand solutions, or marketing partnerships
- Proven track record of success in closing high-value deals with C-suite executives
- Strong consultative selling skills, with ability to understand client needs and craft impactful solutions
- Creative thinker with ability to develop innovative brand partnerships and monetization strategies
- Exceptional storyteller with ability to create compelling pitch decks that influence decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with passion for building and scaling a business unit
