Sales Director for Plywood and Building Materials

About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to oversee our sales operations in Tamil Nadu, focusing on plywood and building materials. The ideal candidate will drive growth, manage a high-performance sales team, and establish strong customer relationships to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets across the Tamil Nadu region.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting goals and ensuring they meet targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, architects, and contractors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for the sales team to enhance productivity and skill development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
