Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with builders, construction companies, and architects in the Chennai market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a pipeline of potential customers through various sales methods and techniques.
  • Pitch the advantages of Magick Homes products to builders and construction companies.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with the community and generate revenue from these partners.
  • Work as an individual contributor, achieving assigned targets.
Requirements
  • Focused and result-driven individual with good communication skills.
  • Strong networking and influencing skills, with experience in the Bangalore market preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
