Job Requirements:

Support institutional and corporate sales by identifying market opportunities and developing client needs understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and tap into corporate and institutional sales in assigned territories.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, word of mouth, and scouting.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, marketing, and operations for business development activities.
  • Plan and execute activities in line with business timelines, ensuring daily calls and visits are met.
  • Conduct business-to-leader activities to generate orders, including demos, test rides, and service camps.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and deliveries, and manage quotations, purchase orders, and billing.
  • Deliver motorcycles and reconcile payments.
  • Engage corporate customers with regular ride events and service camps.
  • Regularly visit government institutions to pitch products and upgrade to higher cc motorcycles.
  • Conduct demos at government institutions and handle government tenders.
  • Coordinate statutory norms and increase CSD business.
  • Onboard CSD-approved dealers for regular business and train dealership teams on CSD business.
  • Provide training on customer handling, CSD prices, documentation, and timely submissions.
  • Roll out CPC and onboard dealers for additional volume.
  • Ensure branding at CSD URCs and depots.
  • Maintain good rapport with CSD officials and focus on market share in CSD business.

Work Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in client value creation.
