Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Royal Enfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and developing an understanding of client needs to support Institutional and Corporate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and tap into Corporate & Institutional Sales in assigned territories
  • Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, word of mouth, and scouting
  • Coordinate with field teams, marketing, and rides teams for BTL activities
  • Create an activity calendar and ensure timely completion of activities
  • Conduct BTL activities to generate orders, including demos, test rides, and service camps
  • Ensure collection of payments and deliveries, as well as quotation, purchase orders, and billing of motorcycles
  • Engage corporate customers through regular ride events and service camps
  • Regularly visit government institutions and pitch Royal Enfield products for upgrades
  • Handle government tenders to achieve 100% orders
  • Coordinate statutory norms for government institutions
  • Increase CSD business by onboarding and training dealers
  • Ensure all CSD-approved dealers generate regular business

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in client value creation

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
