At Royal Enfield, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Team Lead to join our team in Chennai.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our corporate sales efforts in the assigned territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide training and guidance to dealership teams on CSD business operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in client value creation
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
