Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Right Track Corporate Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Build the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify the correct decision makers and understand their requirements to ensure all leads are well qualified.
  • Sales Team Support: Hand over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the lead generation database.
  • Performance Tracking: Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set out by the business.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Retail Sales role, preferably within the Consumer Durables industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of sales, inbound voice process, counter sales representative, voice process, consumer durables, and BPO voice.
  • A strong attention to detail and deliver work of a high standard.
  • A strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
