Role Overview

At Right Track Corporate Services, we are seeking a skilled Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling inbound calls and emails, resolving customer inquiries, and working with internal teams to ensure prompt order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Escalate customer feedback as required.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Qualify leads by identifying decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Hand over qualified leads to the sales team for closing.
  • Maintain and update the lead generation database.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of sales, inbound voice process, counter sales, and consumer durables.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standard of work.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
