Customer Service Representative

At Hyatt Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the Front Office, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our hotel's services and amenities, ensuring guests are informed and satisfied.

Requirements

  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations as Front Office Assistant or GSA is required.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
