Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional to join our team in Chennai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with builders, construction companies, and architects in the region.

About the Role
This role involves using various sales techniques to network and build a pipeline of potential customer base. You will establish and nurture relationships with clients, pitch the benefits of our products, and focus on long-term growth. Your primary goal will be to achieve assigned targets while working as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including builders, construction companies, and architects
• Pitch the advantages of Magick Homes products to clients and secure new business opportunities
• Focus on long-term relationship-building and revenue generation from clients
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Requirements
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the Bath, Ceramics, Kitchens, or Building material industry
• Proven track record of success in institutional sales, with a focus on project sales
• Excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Preferred Skills
• Focused and result-driven approach
• Good experience of Bangalore Market (desirable)

Estimated Salary
Rupees 12-15 lakhs per annum (based on experience and performance)
