Business Development Specialist

Covenant Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join their team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's client portfolio, focusing on establishing and nurturing strong B2B relationships. You will actively engage with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and propose tailored solutions, positioning Covenant Consultants as a trusted partner in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target new business opportunities within the B2B sector, specifically with companies that require staffing solutions.
- Initiate and develop relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, Talent Acquisition managers, etc.) to generate new business.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships by regularly engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in business development or client acquisition within a B2B setting.
- Proven ability to engage clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all organizational levels.
- Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, driven by achieving set targets.
