Job Description:

The Business Development Specialist role at Industrial Support Services is a full-time position that requires 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, identifying and targeting new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

They will also conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis, create engaging sales presentations and proposals, and collaborate with the internal team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and secure new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and analysis.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹6,50,000 - ₹10,00,000.
