Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in driving business from educational institutions in your assigned territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing outreach strategies, building relationships with decision-makers, and tracking daily KPIs to ensure overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement college outreach strategies to promote our programs and increase awareness among students.
- Research prospective institutions, identify decision-makers, and conduct presentations to persuade them to allow student demos.
- Track daily KPIs, provide insights, and feedback to the team to ensure overall performance.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with educational institutions, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Hire and train a team for your assigned territory, continuously monitoring their performance to improve outcomes.
- Derive solutions and strategies from customer behavior, industry best practices, and market demands.
- Plan and manage offline outreach activities, including setting up stalls in high-footfall areas, to attract and engage prospective students.
- Proven experience in leading a team of executives, preferably in the EdTech domain.
- Systematic approach to building lead funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and achieving KPIs consistently.
- A business mindset to effectively communicate NxtWave's offerings to prospective institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and trustworthy individuals who can build strong relationships with institutions, stakeholders, and students.
