Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to drive business growth. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidate CVs through research, networking, and effective outreach techniques, evaluating candidate CVs and portfolios, and planning and organizing interviews. You will also be responsible for recognizing the importance of candidate experience and ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in human resources management or similar field
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Certification from the HR Certification Institute or equivalent (plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft-365 (plus)
