Casantro, a luxury kitchens and wardrobes brand, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team. Headquartered in Bangalore, the company is rapidly expanding its retail presence across India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for educating dealers about Casantro's product portfolio, including shutters, kitchen/wardrobe/storage solutions, and onboard them. They will also conduct promotional activities to develop market adoption of Casantro products.

In this role, you will:

  • Educate dealers about Casantro's product range and onboard them
  • Conduct promotional activities to drive market adoption
  • Ensure adequate dealer coverage in every locality
  • Appoint new counters and increase business share with existing ones
  • Overachieve sales revenue targets through high levels of trade engagement and product awareness

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A graduate degree with at least 4 years of experience or a postgraduate degree with at least 3 years of experience in handling dealer sales channels
  • Experience in handling dealer channels with reputable interior industry brands like Hettich, Ebco, Greenlam etc
  • Connections in the interior design studio and architect community will be advantageous
  • An insatiable hunger for success and sales excellence

This is an individual contributor role with opportunities for exceptional performers to scale quickly. The ideal candidate should have minimum 20 Architect connections in Ahmedabad Location.

Candidates can expect a competitive salary of around ₹15 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
