About Our Team
We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to drive operational excellence, standardize processes, and manage senior HR leaders across multiple sites.
- Lead end-to-end HR Operations, including multiple sites and corporate teams, ensuring seamless integration and strategic alignment.
- Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive implementation and governance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to safeguard employee interests and mitigate risk.
- Take ownership of Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation, to ensure a smooth experience for employees at all stages.
- Strengthen and scale HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
- Proactively handle grievance redressal, workplace practices, and policy implementation to create a positive work environment and promote employee well-being.
- Define and implement best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience, driving business outcomes and growth.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR from a top-tier institute with a strong focus on human capital management.
- 20+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations, leveraging technology and innovation.
- Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design, and execution, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, while managing complex operational details, to achieve business objectives and deliver results.
