The role of an HR Manager is to design, implement, and oversee HR policies while fostering a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include driving governance processes, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and frameworks that align with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
- Lead performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and appraisals.
- Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across the organization.
- Oversee employee relations, fostering a strong culture of engagement, motivation, and continuous learning.
- Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–4 years in a managerial role within a mid-sized organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
- Proven experience in performance management, policy governance, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Office tools.
