- Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Support managers in conducting fair and consistent performance evaluations, implementing performance improvement plans and providing coaching for growth and development.
- Assist in facilitating organizational change management and restructuring initiatives, including training and skill enhancement programs.
- Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and prepare compelling reports for senior management.
- Strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with leadership teams and drive collaborative results.
