Senior Human Resources Manager Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who can oversee the recruitment process, design company policies, and set objectives for the HR team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our employer brand strategy, working closely with the management team to ensure our company attracts, hires, develops, and retains qualified employees.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Set clear objectives for the HR team and track progress towards achieving them.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans that align with our organizational goals.
  • SUPPORT AND SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ENTIRE RECRUITMENT PROCESS.
  • Host in-house recruitment events to showcase our company culture and values.
  • Discuss employee career development paths with managers to identify opportunities for growth and advancement.
  • Monitor HR metrics, including turnover rates and cost-per-hire, to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Review departmental budgets and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employee requests and grievances in a timely manner, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of labor legislation.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a strong focus on building relationships and fostering healthy employee relations.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the HR team towards shared goals.
