Job Overview:

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving the overall human resources and administrative functions.

In this key position, you will lead recruitment efforts, champion employee relations, and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes. Your responsibilities will span from policy development and benefits administration to employee development and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective strategies for sourcing and onboarding top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and contract review
  • Conduct comprehensive orientation programs for new employees
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive working environment
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback
  • Identify training and development needs for employees, providing opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring informed decision-making
  • Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance to optimize productivity
  • Supervise administrative staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as Business Administration or Organizational Development
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including employment law and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on creative solutions and collaborative approaches
