Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our schools in Nagpur.

Your primary focus will be on recruitment, onboarding, data management, performance management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives. You will work closely with school leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

You will also collaborate with the Director of Schools and Senior Manager – HR to develop proactive recruitment plans, both internal and external. Your role will involve overseeing all HR operations for Nagpur schools, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting internal audits, and maintaining accurate HR MIS and personnel records.

As a key HR partner, you will address team-level concerns, people issues, and morale challenges. You will promote a positive work environment built on care, respect, and collaboration.

To succeed in this role, you will require 5 years of experience in relevant HR roles, proven experience in hiring and HR data management, and excellent English verbal and written communication skills. A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology is preferred.
