Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner to lead our HR operations and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive into employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolutions and tracking outcomes effectively.
  • Stay on top of labor laws and organizational policies, guaranteeing strict compliance.
  • Implement and enforce the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct across our organization.
  • Maintain an attrition rate below 5% through innovative engagement and retention strategies.
  • Promote employee engagement by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Guide engagement action planning, document minutes, actions, and responses, and track progress for timely communication of closures.
  • Secure timely sign-offs of KRAs from new employees and during role changes.
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals.
  • Monitor adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze exit interviews and data to identify employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Focus on retaining employees by identifying key factors influencing attrition.
  • Develop branding and intelligence initiatives to boost employer brand presence.
  • Ensure adherence to Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, United Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy, and Learning Agreement within our business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures are followed across teams and departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid understanding of labor laws.
  • Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.
  • Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to shifting or rotational schedules within 24/7 work hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a BPO/Call Center.
