Our company is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource administration, recruitment, and payroll management. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall strategy.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to drive business results.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, providing coaching and development opportunities, and conducting performance reviews.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
