Human Resources and Administrative Manager
OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources and Administrative Manager to lead our human resources and office administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding – Source, interview, hire, and onboard talent, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
- Attendance and Payroll – Manage attendance records, process payroll, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Records and Documentation – Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to relevant documentation standards.
- Performance Management – Develop job profiles, set key performance indicators (KPIs), support appraisal cycles, and ensure updates in the Performance Management System.
- Training and Development – Identify training needs, coordinate sessions, and facilitate employee skill enhancement.
- Employee Engagement and Support – Foster a positive work environment through various initiatives, resolve grievances, and promote employee well-being.
- Statutory Compliance and Audits – Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintain accurate records, and support ISO/IRIS audits as required.
- Daily Office Operations – Oversee office facilities, cleanliness, security, supplies, internet, and IT systems to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Travel and Transport – Coordinate staff transportation, travel itineraries, and hotel arrangements for employees and guests.
- Workplace Maintenance – Ensure the office is secure, operational, and fully functional at all times.
- Petty Cash and Budgeting – Manage petty cash transactions, maintain administrative budget records, and optimize financial resource allocation.
- Compliance and Insurance – Coordinate with relevant authorities, manage non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and oversee insurance renewals for company assets.
- Meetings and Events – Organize meetings, training sessions, and company events to foster collaboration and engagement among employees.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in payroll management, attendance systems, and HR software tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex employee relations and grievance management scenarios.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced administrative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRMS tools, with experience in handling ISO/IRIS audits and compliance documentation an asset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing HR operations, compliance, and office administration, with a focus on excellence and innovation.
