Job Title

Implementation Head

As the Implementation Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global implementation operations.

  • You will develop and execute the global implementation strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth trajectory.
  • You will lead strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives.

This leadership position requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to lead a large, distributed team of professionals.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in business administration or equivalent and 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR Consulting, HRMS Delivery, or Customer Success with minimum 4 years in senior management roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute global implementation strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Lead strategic planning and capacity management initiatives.
  3. Champion continuous evolution of implementation philosophy and precision in measuring customer outcomes.
  4. Enable value realization across projects and unlock desired outcomes within defined timelines, scope, and budget parameters.
  5. Maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders at Enterprise client organizations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR Consulting, HRMS Delivery, or Customer Success with minimum 4 years in senior management roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Tech savviness and deep interests in adopting new technologies for process improvements and high-value impact/outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices and regulatory frameworks of more than one region/geographies.
  • Outstanding executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and senior decision makers.
