About Our HR Leadership Opportunity

Our dynamic organization is seeking a seasoned and strategic HR professional to lead both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards initiatives.

This role demands strong business acumen, advisory capabilities, and data-driven approaches to compensation and benefits strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute people-centric strategies aligned with our organization's goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational design, talent development, leadership coaching, and workforce planning.
  • Drive key programs across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation projects from a human resources and culture perspective.
  • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market research, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance evaluation cycle.
  • Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA/PGDM from a top-tier business school.
