
Senior HR Business Leader

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive strategic people initiatives and compensation programs.
- Key Responsibilities
Designing, benchmarking, and implementing compensation and benefits strategies
• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with overall organizational goals
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends and industry standards
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement effective compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Leadership and Change Management
Leading change management efforts and supporting transformation programs
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective change management strategies
• Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the transformation process
- Communicate changes clearly and effectively to all stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with change
- Partnerships and External Collaboration
Partnering with external consultants and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies
• Provide expertise and guidance on compensation and benefits surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews
- Develop and maintain relationships with external consultants and internal stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders
- Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits
• Proven track record of success in HRBP and Compensation & Benefits roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work comfortably with data and analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits
