Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
  3. Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard employees.
  4. Support current and future business needs through staff development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
  5. Address employee demands, grievances, or other issues.
  6. Manage performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  7. Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  8. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  9. Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
