
Senior HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Professional to join our organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, preparing and analyzing HR reports, and utilizing AI tools to gain valuable insights into our data.
You will also support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems that promote a healthy workplace culture. This includes managing and resolving employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner, while fostering a positive working environment.
An ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. They should have experience with HRMS systems, expertise in MS Excel, and excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field is required, along with 3+ years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.

Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining and updating employee records in HRMS software
- Preparing and analyzing HR reports and dashboards for management review
- Utilizing AI tools for data design insights
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Managing and resolving employee queries and grievances
- Advance Excel with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years
- Proficiency in working with data of minimum 2000+ employees
- Primary role will be HR MIS
- Secondary role will be HR Generalist activities (e.g., PMS, Recruitment, etc.)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and HR tools/software
- Experience with HRMS systems
- Expertise in MS Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
