The HR Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations including recruitment onboarding payroll employee engagement training coordination and compliance The role ensures smooth HR functioning while supporting the hotel s organizational objectives and maintaining employee satisfaction Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Staffing Source screen and shortlist candidates for various positions Coordinate interviews and manage the selection process Prepare job offers and manage onboarding and induction programs 2 Employee Records Documentation Maintain accurate employee records and personal files Prepare and issue appointment letters confirmation letters and other HR documents 3 Payroll Attendance Management Compile and process monthly attendance and leave data Coordinate payroll activities with the accounts department 4 Employee Engagement Welfare Organize employee engagement activities and events Address employee queries and resolve grievances in coordination with HR Manager 5 Compliance Policies Ensure adherence to statutory compliance PF ESIC Gratuity etc Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across departments 6 Training Development Coordinate with department heads for training needs Schedule and maintain training records Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund
