The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of the Human Resources function within the hotel including recruitment onboarding employee relations training payroll support statutory compliance and employee engagement The role ensures that the hotel maintains a professional motivated and compliant workforce aligned with organizational standards and hospitality service excellence Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of candidates Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements Ensure timely hiring to support hotel operations 2 Employee Onboarding Induction Prepare offer letters appointment letters and other HR documentation Conduct employee induction orientation programs Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the hotel culture 3 Employee Relations Engagement Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries Foster a positive and professional work environment Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs 4 Training Development Assist in identifying training needs in coordination with HODs Support the implementation of training schedules and programs Maintain training records and monitor effectiveness 5 Payroll Compliance Support payroll preparation by providing necessary employee data Ensure compliance with statutory requirements PF ESIC Gratuity etc Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR MIS 6 Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal process with department managers Ensure timely completion of probation and annual reviews 7 General HR Administration Maintain employee personal files and HR database Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review Support disciplinary procedures as per hotel policies Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of HR processes labor laws and compliance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR software Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund
