We are seeking a strategic and technology-driven HR leader to drive our digitization journey. The role involves spearheading the integration, implementation, and adoption of HR systems, along with capability building and user training for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR System Implementation
    • Lead end-to-end implementation of HR systems from system integration to go-live.
    • Liaise with vendor teams, internal IT, and HR stakeholders for smooth execution.
    • Map existing HR processes and digitize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Change Management & Employee Training
    • Design and deliver training modules for HR system adoption across employee levels.
    • Act as the HR system champion to drive digital-first culture and employee self-service adoption.
    • Provide ongoing support, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Analytics
    • Ensure smooth execution of HR operations through digital platforms.
    • Generate and analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for management decision-making.
    • Partner with business teams to continuously enhance digital HR solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to understand HR needs and align HR system solutions accordingly.
    • Serve as the key HR point of contact for all digitization and automation initiatives.

Education Qualification: Graduate + MBA in HR. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with employee strength of at least 1,000+. Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong HR process knowledge (Payroll, Attendance, Talent Management, Performance Management).
  • Good understanding of HR Technology, integrations, and process automation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from HR data.
  • Agile, self-driven, and capable of handling high-paced environments.
