With over 18 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and leading a globally aligned, AI-enabled People & Culture strategy that fuels our growth.

The role will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, driving global HR transformation, building leadership depth, strengthening culture, and delivering exceptional employee experiences through technology, agility, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR & Business Impact: Translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies and deliver results.
  • Lead AI-Powered People Transformation: Digitize core HR processes using AI/ML and automation platforms.
  • Global Talent Programs: Oversee the annual HR cycle: goal setting, performance, compensation, benefits.
  • Culture, DEI & Employer Brand: Conduct a culture audit and implement a performance-focused culture operating system.
  • Policy & Process Governance: Design and manage end-to-end global people policies.

Functional KPIs:

  • Develop CXO-level succession plans across all verticals.
  • Reduce manual HR workflows by 40–50%.
  • Implement a centralized org-wide workforce planning process across all business units.

Strategic KPIs:

  • Define and deliver an AI-first HR digitization roadmap within the first 90 days.
  • Drive HR cost efficiency through automation, targeting a 30% improvement in manual processes.

For this role, you will need at least 15-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience with exposure to global people operations. A Master's degree in HR or a related field from a top-tier institution is also required.
