Lead Product Strategist - AI Innovation

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Product Strategist to lead the development of two strategic product areas: AI Insights and GenAI Platform. As part of our team, you will define product strategy, translate customer needs into clear requirements, and collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and customer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to:

  • Define, Prioritize, and Deliver AI-Powered Features: Drive the next generation of intelligent customer engagement by delivering AI-powered features that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Understand competitor offerings and user needs to guide the product roadmap towards differentiation and leadership.
  • Translate Product Strategy into Requirements: Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to prioritize features and functionalities.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Leverage customer feedback to refine products and influence positive outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment or consumer applications serving millions of users.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries, with successful product launches across various platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, analytics, conversational AI, or related domains).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
  • Experience in managing beta programs, gathering user feedback, and conducting A/B testing to validate product directions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a product development team, work effectively across functions, and lead through influence in a global team environment.
