Job Overview:

Lead AI Model Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Ai Architect to spearhead the creation and implementation of cutting-edge Ai solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generative Ai, Nlp, and Llms, with expertise in designing and developing Ai architectures.

The successful applicant will have experience in building and integrating Ai models into existing systems and applications, as well as working with advanced tools like LangChain, Haystack, and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ai Architecture Design: Develop innovative Ai models and frameworks for generative Ai.
  • Ai Implementation: Integrate Ai models into production environments, ensuring seamless deployment and maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to drive Ai initiatives forward.
  • Data Preprocessing: Prepare data for use in Ai models, ensuring high-quality input for optimal performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track Ai model performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing models for better results.
  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative Ai, embracing new techniques and technologies to enhance Ai capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, preferably using established libraries and frameworks.
  • Ai Knowledge: In-depth understanding of generative Ai, Nlp, and Llms principles, including their application and limitations.
  • Experience with Ai Frameworks: Familiarity with industry-leading frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, and other relevant tools.
  • Prompt Engineering: Ability to craft effective prompts and manage tokenization for optimal Ai performance.
  • Integration and Fine-Tuning: Experience in deploying and maintaining Ai models in production environments, ensuring seamless integration and fine-tuning.
