Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Professional to drive strategic HR initiatives and foster organizational growth.

This role involves partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, identifying trends, and recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR metrics and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Evaluate talent readiness through development initiatives to meet evolving business demands.
  • BUILD effective change management initiatives by partnering with leaders.
  • Enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
  • Oversight of the performance management lifecycle to foster a culture of high performance.
  • Ensure comprehensive on-boarding and induction experiences for new employees.
  • Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
  • Initiate forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in the Software, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
  • Influence and partner with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Develop HR strategies that align with and support company goals.
  • Proficient in HR metrics and systems, with a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
