Job SummaryAs a key member of our team, you will work closely with valued customers to address complex post-sales concerns requiring in-depth analysis of multiple factors. You'll build strong relationships with key contacts outside your area of expertise, effectively communicating technical issues to both non-technical and technical professionals.
Under our Focused Services model, you will serve as a designated customer advocate, providing tailored support, weekly reviews, root cause analysis for critical issues, release review and upgrade planning, and quarterly business review. You will deliver personalized support and become deeply familiar with your implementation and business priorities to proactively drive best practices and enhance your security posture.
You will regularly participate in technical discussions with multi-functional teams, fostering an environment of transparency that leads to better products, improved working environments, and enhanced cybersecurity. Your quick thinking and timely support to our clients ensures they receive fast assistance to maintain secure environments – necessitating swift, thoughtful action and technical assistance as needed, often in high-pressure situations.
